Contribution, Registration & payment Policy
By joining Welfare Warriors, every member agrees to the following financial commitments:
Membership is only considered valid after full payment of the registration fee.
- Registration Fee: A mandatory one-time payment of GH┬в 500 must be completed before membership activation.
- Monthly Contribution: Every member is required to contribute GH┬в 50 consistently each month.
- Event Contribution: In months where an official welfare event is organized, members are required to contribute GH┬в 100 for that particular month.
All payments made are strictly non-refundable.
Failure to meet payment obligations may result in penalties, suspension, or loss of membership benefits.
By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to all financial obligations stated above and below.
1. Membership Responsibility
Members agree to contribute regularly as agreed by the group.
2. Payment Rules
All contributions must be made on time. Failure to do so will attract penalties or suspension.
3. No Refund Policy
All contributions made to the Welfare Warriors group are final and strictly non-refundable.
Once payment is made, members acknowledge that, it cannot be reversed or claimed back under any circumstances.
4. Transparency
All financial records will remain visible to members for proper accountability.
5. Conduct
Members must behave respectfully and maintain discipline within the group.
6. Admin Authority
Admins reserve full rights to approve, reject, or suspend members when necessary.
7. Data Usage
Your information will only be used for welfare operations and will not be shared externally.
Important: Contributions are non-refundable. Please ensure you understand this before joining.
Important: Failure to follow these rules may result in suspension or removal from the group.
8. Agreement
By submitting your application, you confirm that you understand and accept all rules.
