ARTICLE 1: NAME
1.1 Welfare Warriors Global shall be the official name of the organization.
ARTICLE 2: OBJECTIVES
- 2.1 Provide financial and emotional support to members in times of need
- 2.2 Promote unity, cooperation and social welfare among members
- 2.3 Organize welfare programs, events, and community support initiatives
- 2.4 Ensure transparency in all financial matters
ARTICLE 3: MEMBERSHIP
- 3.1 Membership is open to individuals who agree to the rules of the organization
- 3.2 Applicants must complete registration and provide accurate information
- 3.3 Applications must be submitted through the official platform (welfarewarriorsglobal.org)
- 3.4 Membership becomes active only after approval
ARTICLE 4: FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS
- 4.1 Registration Fee: GH¢ 500 (one-time, non-refundable)
- 4.2 Monthly Contribution: GH¢ 50
- 4.3 Event Contribution: GH¢ 100 (when applicable)
4.4 ⚠️All payments are strictly non-refundable.
ARTICLE 5: MEETINGS
5.1 Regular meetings shall be held every two (2) weeks on Sundays at exactly 9:00 PM.
5.2 Members are expected to attend all meetings punctually and participate actively.
5.3 Any changes to meeting schedules shall be communicated in advance.
5.4 Emergency or special meetings may be scheduled when necessary.
ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT COMPLIANCE
- 6.1 Members must make payments on or before the 28th of each month
- 6.2 Failure to comply may result in suspension, loss of benefits, or removal
ARTICLE 7: MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
- 7.1 Provide accurate and truthful information
- 7.2 Participate in group activities
- 7.3 Respect all members
- 7.4 Follow all rules and decisions of the organization
ARTICLE 8: DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS
- 8.1 Administrators reserve the right to suspend or deactivate members
- 8.2 Membership may be terminated for misconduct
- 8.3 Penalties may be enforced for violations or non-compliance
ARTICLE 9: DATA & PRIVACY
- 9.1 Member data shall be kept confidential
- 9.2 Data shall be used strictly for welfare-related purposes
ARTICLE 10: ADMINISTRATIVE POWERS
- 10.1 Approve or reject applications
- 10.2 Confirm payments
- 10.3 Manage members and contributions
- 10.4 Enforce all rules and regulations
ARTICLE 11: AMENDMENTS
11.1 The organization reserves the right to amend this constitution when necessary.
ARTICLE 12: ACCEPTANCE
12.1 By joining, members agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and financial obligations of the organization.
